Can I exchange or return my mask?
Due to health regulations, we do not allow for exchanges or returns. We are confident you will be happy with your order and we stand behind the quality of our masks, however if you believe your mask is defective please contact us at 201-815-3798.
How long will it take to ship my order?
You will receive your order within one to two weeks.
How can I get a custom fit order?
You can order a custom fit mask by selecting custom for your size and entering your measurements in the space labeled request.
Are the mask safe?
According to the CDC, “multiple layers of cloth with higher thread counts have demonstrated superior performance compared to single layers of cloth with lower thread counts, in some cases filtering nearly 50% of fine particles less than 1 micron.” Our mask have three layers!
Our masks are not a replacement for medical grade Personal Protective Equipment, and are not intended to replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19. Please continue to practice social distancing, wash your hands and refrain from touching your face.
